HOTEL OVERVIEW
The 5 Star Royal Madeira Hotel is situated in tropical gardens on the Bay of Funchal, it features 2 heated pools and private access to the Atlantic Ocean. 5-star amenities include an exotic style mansion with modern finishes.
The Savoy Hotel is all about style, comfort, and convenience. All the rooms and suites are elegant and beautifully furnished. Each has a private balcony with an Atlantic Ocean view as well as a modern bathroom stocked with toiletries. The suites also feature a kitchen.
The poolside bar and cocktail bar offer drinks, music, and a good time. The à la carte Armada restaurant offers up some Portuguese food options. And after a day of exploring the island, you can relax at the spa and enjoy a massage, see if it’s worth it to head to the gym or play some pool in the indoor pool. Enjoy some sunbathing on the terrace facing the sea. The staff are very attentive and can help organise golfing, car hire, and many other activities.
The Funchal Marina is a 14-minute walk from the hotel. It’s also home to some of the biggest slots in town. So, if you feel like gambling, head down to the Madeira Casino that’s only 700 meters away. The Madeira Botanical Garden is 4 km away and Cape Girão, with magnificent views, is 12 km away. The 5 Star Royal Madeira Hotel is located 23 km from Madeira International Airport
